AIA Australia x Diamond Women
When support comes at the right time, it can change everything.
Through Future2’s Make the Difference Grants Program, AIA Australia has extended its impact with an additional $7,500 contribution to Diamond Women, helping expand programs designed for women navigating periods of isolation, financial hardship, and major life transition.
Diamond Women provides practical, community-led support that meets women where they are. Through group programs, participants build financial capability, confidence, and real pathways into employment, often after experiencing significant disruption in their lives.
But the impact goes deeper than skills.
These programs create space for connection, rebuild self-belief, and give women the tools to take meaningful steps forward. For many, it’s the first time they’ve felt supported, capable, and in control of their future.
With AIA Australia’s additional support, more women can access these programs at a critical point in their journey, turning uncertainty into opportunity, and short-term support into long-term change.
